John (Jay) Ogburn and Debbie Turner have owned the Banner Elk Pharmacy since late 2002. They’re both graduates of the UNC School of Pharmacy and have lived in the community for decades. Jay owned the Newland Family Pharmacy prior to coming to Banner Elk Pharmacy. Debbie was the Assistant Director of Pharmacy at Watauga Medical Center for over 20 years before coming to Banner Elk Pharmacy.
